Sorry for me not writing in german, but thet would probably confuse all of us.
I have a summer house in nothern sweden that I would like to rent out for the whole summer.
Most suitable for retitred couple, or a family that can spend most of their time there.
Maybe also a family who would like to try what it is loke to own a summer house before they buy there own.
It is aimed for people who would like to spend their summer growing their own vetables or garden, or even have summer livestock. Or just tired of citylife and want somehthing "back to nature".
Prior experience in gardening is higly recomended. whatever you grow is ofcourse your own to bring home.
Also experienced carpenters or caretakers are welcome since any additional work can be deducted from the rent.
Rent is 1000 Euro a month.

it is not really for normaly short vacations, but more for longer term renting.

Sorry, but 1.000 Euro rent per month is much much to high. If I would rent it for example 3 years, I will be able to buy one. This is my opinion and in my mind I cannot imagine that you will find someone to rent your house.

Do you have idea how much money retired people in Germany get per month? Not enough to have a extra rent of 1.000 € monthly.

sadly i have to agree with tomtom.
especially since you're looking for long time guests(?) and alternative people (?) both won't harvest lots of money either.
alternativ.nu is the forum you wanted - but drastically reconsider your price model before you go there...
also if people are "too alternative" (i don't know german forums but some others will) they may spoil your house and not pay rent

I belive in Northern Sweden you can nearly buy a hole village for the price of 1000 Euro per month - if you need to take a credit of the bank. Who will rent a little house for so much money?

it's kind ob obvious now - for long time renting that's a fair price in the north. i payed 2000 SEK/month here in skaraborg for a house which was slightly bigger and in a slightly better condition.
i had to rent it for a year through winter though.
