The stores main area is about 100 m2, plus storage in the basement which also is about 100 m2. Monthly rent including electricity and heating is SEK 7000. Yearly revenue is about SEK 1,2 million. We are also an agent for Interflora.

The location is favorable because the shop is located along the towns main street.

I have run the store for more than 39 years (it will be 40 years in May 2022) and feel that I am ready to retire.
Adjacent with my shop, my colleague runs a funeral home. She has also worked for med approximately 25 years and knows the business and the customers well, which might be an asset. Right now, we are selling cut flowers, potted plants, pots, and assorted presents and furnishings. We try our best to find products that cannot be found in every other shop nearby. In addition to this, we also sell photo frames and take photos for driving licenses. In a relatively small place like this it is advantageous to sell many different things, as it attracts a larger number of customers to the store. The shop is large and there is ample space to further expand the stores range with something new.

More than anything, I want the shop to continue, and I will therefore not ask for much, but the price will be determined in agreement with the buyer. If the buyer so wishes, I will be helpful during start-up and some time thereafter.

Sorsele/Västerbotten
Sorsele ist ein Ort in der schwedischen Provinz Västerbottens län und der historischen Provinz Lappland. Er ist zugleich Hauptort der gleichnamigen Gemeinde.

Der Ort liegt am Fluss Vindelälven. Durch Sorsele führt die Europastraße 45 und die Inlandsbahn. Das Inlandsbahnmuseum in dem kleinen Bahnhof zeigt die Geschichte des Baus und Betriebs der Inlandsbahn.
